Greetings Harold, Greetings Marie :
Hello from the western shore of Lake Michigan where November has blown in with a furry after what seemed like the most perfect October on record.
We've been putting our Whitehall Spirit to good use all season long, before a backdrop of the Santiago Calatrava-designed Quadracci Pavilion for the Milwaukee Art Museum (named by Time magazine as “Best Design of 2001") and Summerfest (the nation's largest outdoor music festival).

And we continue to receive ooo's and ah's of praise from seasoned boaters at places like Door County, WI or the Milwaukee Sailing Center where we kept our Whitehall for the first time this season. Fortunately, my lifestyle as a writer –
http://www.american-wildlife-art.com and as a private curator for a fellow Canadian who lives and works not far from you http://www.robertbateman.ca/events.html afford us a schedule flexible enough to go rowing when the spirit moves us.
And there's no better boat for a day on Lake Michigan than our Whitehall. P.S. The
davits you sent to hoist our Whitehall work like a charm (and I'm amazed by their strength), not to mention the customized ladder which makes it so easy to climb back in after a swim on a hot summer's day, and the tiller you transformed from sailing to rowing -- operated here in the attached photo by my pretty coxswain, Neli.
Happy Sailing, Dave
